I WAS ATTENDING CHURCH ON SUNDAY AND ONE OF OUR SUPPORT GROUPS WAS CANCELLED TILL NEXT YEAR.
Where has this year gone. ?
christmas is just around the corner, I have most of the decoration done. very little shopping though.
We celebrated with Tom's family on Sunday what a fun day. Sorry that so many were not able to come.
We missed them. those that were there had a super time. despite the cold. looking forward to next year.

Summer is over
I don't know weather to be glad or sad but Summer is definitely over Schools are open and gardens are winding down. We have had a bountiful garden, a little slow getting going but it sure produced when it did.
I made salsa today looks really good.
next thing is to get the yard ready for winter; but that is usually a job I like .

Gardening time is here again. I am ready now if God will send us some warm temps, I will be so happy. This week we have been busy getting ready for the bedding plants; the weather has been cold and windy, not very co-opeative so we will have to wait till next week, for our first shipment.
a good time to clean out the old growth and WEEDS they seem to grow no matter what!
I am going to be trying some new plants a hardy Hibiscus for one; and perennial sweet pea for another.
